We currently ship across India using trusted courier partners. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at the time of checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Locations: 5–8 business days
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier workload, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges vary based on your location, order size, and delivery method selected.
• Exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Any promotional offers related to shipping will also be visible during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. You can use this link to monitor the delivery status in real-time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the package is undeliverable due to issues such as incorrect address or recipient unavailability, it may be returned to us.

7. Open-Box Delivery (If Applicable)

Some high-value or fragile items may be delivered through open-box delivery. In such cases:

• The delivery agent will open the package in front of you.
• If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can refuse the delivery on the spot.
• Post-delivery complaints for open-box deliveries may not be accepted unless covered under warranty.

8. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, AMG HUB is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Natural disasters, public emergencies, or strikes
• Courier partner delays
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
