Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
  • Only products specifically marked as “Returnable” on the product page or in the product description are eligible for return.
  • If the product is marked as non-returnable, no return request will be accepted.
2. Return Timeline
  • The standard return window is 7 days from the date of delivery if the product is returnable.
  • However, the actual return timeline may vary by product and will be clearly mentioned on the product page or in the product description.
3. Conditions for Return

For a return to be accepted:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, manuals, and freebies (if applicable) must be intact.
  • A valid order ID or invoice must be provided.
  • The return request must be made within the stated return period as per the product listing.
4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order ID, product name, and reason for return
  3. If eligible, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for self-shipping
5. Return Approval & Rejection
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the return status.
  • Return may be rejected if the product is used, damaged, tampered with, or missing parts/accessories.
6. Refund Proces
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer upon sharing bank details.
  • Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned.
7. Non-Returnable Items
  • Products not marked as returnable
  • Used or damaged items
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Digital/downloadable products (if any)
8. Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
  • We will investigate and offer a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution
